Cancelling an order:
– We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns & Refunds & Exchanges:
– We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for simple matters of ordering a wrong size, changing your mind, or any sort of trivial matter.
– The only exception to this is if there is proof the wrong item was sent or was damaged/flawed in some way. In this case, we will happily reship you the correct item completely free of charge. Or, if the item is out of stock, we will refund you! Satisfaction guarantee!
– To start the return of an item, please send us an email at help@allbeaded.me and we will provide you with our return address and instructions for completing the return.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Please Contact Us (help@allbeaded.me) before returning your item to us, so that you can provide us tracking information of your parcel.
The shipping costs for the returns are borne by the sender.
– If your item does not arrive within the promised delivery time (60 business days), we can either reship OR refund it for you, no questions asked! That’s a guarantee!
– You MUST contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the item to file for a refund if you have any complaints/concerns.
– Please ask any questions you may have about an item prior to purchasing to ensure your 100% satisfaction!
Refund process:
Please contact our Customer Service via email with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece. Once your return is received and inspected, refund will be issued to you within 3 weeks to the same form of payment.

– Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
